Gardening in the Sky: Growing Mustard Greens (Sawi) and Spinach

Today marks a bold new step for me as an amateur gardener. I planted a bunch of seeds, and I'm curious to see how they will grow. This isn't my first attempt. My first attempt ended in failure. This time, I did a little more homework before starting. Today is Day 0 and I'll update on how it progresses.  I'm starting the seeds in a tray and once they (hopefully) sprout, I will move them to a rectangle planter.  This will primarily serve as my progress diary for my garden in the sky. Living in an apartment in the middle of the city leaves me with no land space in which to grow edible plants. But people have done it, and although I don't have a green thumb, I shall try to make this work. On the upside, my balcony gets a lot of sun for the most part of the year. Too much sun, sometimes. But the weather has been dull recently, which might even be better for plants to sprout? It remains to be seen! Seedling tray: An old egg tray Soil: Potting mix + com
